Sunridge's Architectural Review Process

Sunridge's Architectural Review Committee (ARC) was disbanded on March 20, 2025, in compliance with the CC&Rs due to the end of the Development Period. All future construction must comply with the CC&Rs included any recorded documents affecting individual lots.

All lots remaining unbuilt at the time of ARC disbandment are subject to building restrictions that largely mirror the prior ARC standards. The below links are maintained as a courtesy as a historical record. Former ARC members are available to answer questions and assist home builders with construction that will meet CC&R requirements. Contact the developer via the "Contact Us" page for more information.

The ARC consisted of a representative of the developer, and two Sunridge residents. The ARC made subjective judgments about exterior colors, window and deck placement, proportions and bulk, quality and use of materials, and overall harmony of the general design, type, style and location of proposed homes with the topography, and with other contemplated or existing homes.

The ARC made its decisions on proposed improvements on a case-by-case basis. However, the ARC adopted Design Guidelines, which describe general design principals the ARC finds desireable. Below are links to the most recent ARC Design Guidelines.
