Sunridge has deed restrictions (also known as "CC&Rs") that protect residents from many undesirable activities that lower property values and the general quality of life. Our CC&Rs are the heart of Sunridge, and many current residents say that these CC&Rs are one of the main reasons they chose Sunridge.

However, our CC&Rs are not for everyone. Only those people who support the Sunridge philosophy should consider purchasing one of our lots. We strictly enforce the CC&Rs. Please download the CC&Rs and read them carefully. Be sure to also download and examine the Master Map, which contains important information that is part of the CC&Rs, such as Protected Trees, height limits for structures and required drainage improvements.
