All homes at Sunridge will be built on-site, by licensed general contractors. Sunridge's CC&Rs require that all general contractors be pre-approved by the developer. Approval of builders is based on the style and quality of their past work, their creativity, their customer service and their business history. The best builders are also good designers, and understand the opportunities and limitations of hillside land. Continuing approval of builders is dependant on prior performance. Quality of the finished product, satisfaction of previous clients, and adherence to the Sunridge CC&Rs are major factors. The builders listed below are in good standing with the developer, as of August 2007. We are currently not entertaining applications for new builders. APPROVED
