We suggest you ask yourself these questions before buying a Sunridge lot:

1) Do I understand the CC&Rs, and do I fully support them? Take the CC&R Quiz. To ensure that all buyers understand the CC&Rs, this open-book quiz on the CC&Rs must be completed prior to signing a sale agreement for a lot.

2) Am I reasonably sure that the home I want to built will be approved by the ARC?

3) Can I afford the lot and home I'm planning to build, and can I get financing?

4) Am I comfortable with the choice of approved builders?
